Payment

If you choose "invoice" as a payment method, an electronic invoice will be issued to you once a public course booking is placed. Payment of this invoice is due within the terms highlighted on the invoice. Emarketeers reserves the right not to confirm a booking unless payment is made prior to the training course date. Payment can be made by cheque or BACS (details to appear on the invoice). Payment can also be made by credit or debit card (online or over the phone).

Reimbursement

Emarketeers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any of its public training courses. Under these circumstances you will receive a full refund paid either by cheque or BACS. Emarketeers cannot be held responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of a cancelled training course.

Cancellation

If pre-paid:
If you cancel your course booking 1 month or more prior to the course date, you will be refunded the full course fee. If you cancel your course booking 2 weeks to 1 month prior to the course date, you will be refunded 50% of the course fee. If you cancel your course booking 2 weeks or less prior to the course date, or in the event of non-attendance, the course fee will not be refunded.

If payment is outstanding:
If you cancel your course booking 1 month or more prior to the course date, your invoice will be voided. If you cancel your course booking 2 weeks to 1 month prior to the course date, you will be sent a revised invoice and charged 50% of the course fee. If you cancel your course booking 2 weeks or less prior to the course date, or in the event of non-attendance, the full invoice amount will remain applicable.

Special Offers

Special offers on courses are periodically available and published on each course page. These periodic special offers are not available to delegates who booked or paid for the public course prior to the special offer becoming available.

Multiple Delegates

If you book more than one delegate on the same course, each additional delegate will receive a discount on the per delegate fee. Discounts are published on the course booking form and can change periodically. Multiple delegate discounts do not apply on already discounted courses.

Discount Vouchers

Delegates who have previously attended a public (or in-house) training course will be emailed a voucher which can be redeemed when a public course is booked. This voucher can be forwarded to a friend or colleague but can only be used once. The voucher is not redeemable on already discounted courses.
