Receive Up to £1000 Funding for Training
Up to £1000 government funding is now available as part of the Leadership and Management Specialist Advisory Service from the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) to help you grow your business.
In today's financial climate, we appreciate that budgets are tighter than ever. So, to ensure that you are still able to continue your professional development and business growth through training, we're able to offer up to £1000 funding to contribute towards the cost of either in-house training or public training courses with Emarketeers.
The Leadership and Management Funding Programme
The Leadership and Management programme, funded by the Learning and Skills Council (LSC), is targeted at business owners or managers who are responsible for the direction of an organisation be it private, franchise, public or voluntary.
Each business can benefit from up to £1,000 of grant support. The first £500 does not require a contribution from the employer and should be used for key directors. The subsequent £500 must be 'match funded' by the employer and is available for key members of management.
This means you can spend £1500 with us and get £1000 refunded!
How do I qualify for training funding?
To be eligible for the leadership and management programme you must:
- Employ between 5 to 249 people
- Be from an EU country, or have lived in an EU country for the last 3 years
- Not already have received Leadership & Management funding support (under Train to Gain)
What are the next steps?
- Firstly, choose a public training course currently advertised
- Or get in touch with us about an in-house training course
- Then fill out our funding enquiry form at least 1 week prior to the training course date
- An advisor from Train to Gain will get in touch with you within 72 hours to confirm your eligibility
- Book and pay for your chosen training course, after which you will be reimbursed up to £1000 by the Learning and Skills Council
