As businesses and organisations begin to integrate social media into their comms strategy, what legislation and legal issues do they need to be aware of? And how do they prevent problems happening in the first place?

The Social Media and the Law training course will aim to give you an overview of the known main areas of UK law that affect social media, help you spot problems and give you practical advice in putting preventative measures and policies in place.

This course is jointly lead by technology and online media lawyer Sherree Westell and digital media consultant Kathryn Corrick.
