This one day course is designed to get you up to speed using the social media tools of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Vimeo in a business and corporate context. If you have had had little, or no, social media experience in the past, don’t worry, this training course is just for you.
The course aims to help you see through the hype explaining the practical differences between each social network and the best uses for each. The training will give you confidence to experiment with the key social networks and will allow you to learn how each one works in a practical context.

Audience
This is an entry level training course targeting users of social media who need better hands-on understanding of how to use Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube and Vimeo to run campaigns.
Typical attendees are marketers, community managers, PR professionals, publishers and account planners.
No previous knowledge or membership of the social networks is required but we do ask that you bring along your own WiFi enabled laptop.
This course compliments our social media strategy training course.
Trainer

The Social Media implementation course will be led by Kathryn Corrick. Kathryn has worked for over 10 years in digital marketing, making significant contributions to the likes of McCann Erickson, the London Development Agency, handbag.com and New Media Age. During this time she has worked on digital campaigns for Mastercard, UPS, The Co-operative Group, Quorn, Telegraph, BMW Bikes and MyDeco.
