Emarketeers was originally established to provide in-house (on-site) training for clients who wanted to gain a better understanding of internet marketing and technology. In-house training has the following benefits over public training courses:

By conducting our training and consulting on-site, it means that most if not all attendees are familiar with one-another promoting better learning through a more relaxed environment.

Public training courses offer generic content to suit large groups of individuals with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. This approach can be less effective if the attendees require the course to be set at a specific level or with content specific to that client. At Emarketeers, we take a brief from each client in order to establish the skill sets of each attendee, and subsequently tailor the content focussing on areas that need most attention. That way all course attendees derive maximum benefit from the entire session.

The most common request from our corporate clients is to focus the in-house training courses on their own business objectives. So, that's exactly what do. The benefit of in-house training is that we can direct the training session in such a way as to meet those objectives. In real terms, it means that businesses who need urgent help with their search marketing strategies or employee skills for example, will benefit directly from the session and will be empowered to continue helping themselves without the expense of employing marketing or web agencies.

We are often asked if we offer post training customer support and the answer is a resounding yes. Post training support is anything from a simple I-can't-remember-how-to-do-something phone call to follow-up or refresher courses. We are also more than happy to attend your strategy meetings or workshops following our courses, in order to ensure that course material is actioned correctly.
