How will you make sure the training course will suit my level of experience?
Answer: Before every training course - whether it is public or in-house - we assess the skill levels of every attendee. We then make sure that the course content and speed is suited to everyone's needs. We have only had extremely positive feedback from our attendees which we feel is testament to our attention in meeting everyone's needs.
Where do the training courses take place?
Answer: Most of the time our public training courses are run at the Wallace Space, 2 Dryden Street, Covent Garden, London WC2E 9NA. If this is unavailable we will use one of our other central London venues.
For in-house training, we carry out the training courses either at your offices or your preferred location.
Will in-house training focus on my particular needs?
Answer: Yes very much so. This is primarily the difference between in-house training and public training courses. With in-house training we focus the entire course on your marketing or technical requirements rather than producing a generic course that doesn't really answer your particular needs.
Do you provide post training support?
Answer: Yes. We offer structured or unstructured support. In other words, should you have a question or quick support enquiry, you are more than welcome to call us and we will be pleased to help. Equally we are happy to provide in-house refresher or follow-up courses to ensure that learned skills have been put into practice. We are also available for ad hoc e-strategy meetings as part of our consulting services.
Do you provide any printed material I can use as a reference following the course?
Answer: Yes. We supply a printed reference manual for all course attendees to keep. This not only contains course notes, but also includes recommended 3rd party suppliers, reference websites and technical examples - all highlighted for easy retrieval. Please note that we do not email reference copies for copyright reasons.
Do you provide bespoke training or consulting?
Answer: Yes. Whilst we provide structured training courses that have been continually honed to meet client needs, we can also provide either tailor-made in-house training courses, ad hoc consulting or facilitated workshops. In such cases, it's best to call us on 0845 680 1235 to discuss your exact requirements.
Can you provide a combination of courses in one session?
Answer: For in-house training we can take elements from different courses to suit your needs. Once again, it is probably best to call us on 0845 680 1235, so that we can better understand your exact requirements.
You mention that you visit the client for in-house training courses. How far will you travel?
Answer: We mainly work in mainland UK but do offer our services abroad as well. For mainland UK clients, we charge a per mile fee if you are based outside the M25. Travel outside the UK mainland will incur additional fees as well as travel and possibly accommodation expenses.
I'm a sole trader and work from home, do you provide courses at my house?
Answer: Whilst we have trained many sole traders, we will not visit you at home. In such cases we arrange a mutually convenient venue at your expense or you can visit us at our offices for one-on-one coaching.
Can you supply references?
Answer: Yes we can put you in touch with clients who have attended our training courses and who can give you their impartial feedback.
